Fadi Nwilati completed the INSEAD Real Estate Program 2023, an intensive executive education course focused on global real estate strategies, sustainability, and urban innovation.
The four-day program brought together real estate leaders and founders from over 20 countries, fostering cross-border dialogue and knowledge exchange on pressing industry challenges and future opportunities.

RERA Challenge Event 2020 Topic: Budget Analysis
Fadi Nwilati, CEO of KAIZEN was invited to speak at the first RERA Challenge Event -Innovation in Service Charges where he presented a “Budget Analysis”. Fadi addressed the challenges and opportunities of service charges by comparing budgets of three different buildings in Dubai; one with district cooling, one with chiller and one without chiller.
