Meet Fadi Nwilati, a highly influential professional in Dubai’s real estate and property management sector, with over 20 years of experience in investment and real estate within the Middle East. As a board member and advisor of several real estate developments and investment funds, Fadi has earned a reputation for being an inspirational figure in the industry and a thought leader on Proptech.
Fadi is the Founder of Kaizen Asset Management Services, Chairman of the Proptech Business Group with Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Board member in the Community Association Institute, Middle East Chapter, and a Founding Board member in the United Nations for Disaster Risk Reduction, UAE Arise. He is also a Founding member of the Facility Management Business Group with Dubai Chamber of Commerce and serves as an advisor to various government institutions.
One of his key contributions to the industry is the co-creation of the UAE Real Estate Resilience Tool, now enforced across the entire industry. Fadi has a deep understanding of customer journeys and the evolving demands of new generations. Fadi is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Colorado and certified by George Washington University in Financial and Economical Feasibility Analysis and Real Estate Development Analysis. His commitment to quality and implementing international best practice standards has made KAIZEN one of the first ISO 9001:2015 certified real estate companies in the UAE. KAIZEN is also a corporate member of the U.S. Green Building Council and is among the few companies that have achieved the Well Health Safety Rating for its portfolio.
